Yes. We bring all cleaning products and equipment, including a HEPA vacuum. Tell us if you'd like fragrance-free products or want us to use yours.
Most clients use a lockbox, smart lock or door code. Access details are stored securely and shared only with your assigned cleaner.
No problem. Let us know their names and whether any should stay in a closed room while we work.
Free with 48 hours' notice. Cancellations inside 48 hours are charged 50% of the visit. Airbnb hosts can reschedule a turnover free when a guest cancels.
Card on file, charged after each visit. Commercial clients can pay by monthly invoice. Tips are welcome and go 100% to your cleaner.
Yes, as a paid extra. For homes we wash and fold one load per add-on. For Airbnb we offer on-site washing or a laundry service for linens.
Homes: arrival windows Monday–Saturday, 8am–12pm or 12–4pm. Airbnb: we sync to your checkout and check-in times. Commercial: before or after business hours.
No contract for homes or rentals. Commercial clients sign a simple monthly service agreement you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
